About NADC Burger

Not a smashburger, just a damn good burger: NADC Burger, short for 'Not a Damn Chance,' is the viral Wagyu burger concept from friends, professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Scratch Restaurants Group. Sparked by a shared love of skateboarding and cooking, what began in 2021 as skate sessions and backyard burgers for friends and family quickly grew into something bigger. For nearly a year, the duo popped up at skate parks and comedy shows, handing out free burgers while fine-tuning the recipe before opening their first location in 2022.

​ Blending Lee’s culinary background with Williams’ passion for food, plus his Neen Williams Co. spice company, the pair created what they call “the ultimate backyard burger.” The menu centers on the signature double cheeseburger: 100% Wagyu beef, American cheese, secret sauce, grilled onions, pickles, and a just-right kick of tamed jalapeños, served with fries for the full experience.
